Includes: Customised monthly training, fortnightly coaching calls, nutrition guidance, full library of resources, priority WhatsApp support.
Premium Coaching Package
Cost £180 per month. Your premium, high‑touch coaching experience for adults who want to feel their strongest, most capable, and most confident. Perfect for: Clients ready to invest in themselves and commit to a full transformation. Includes: Weekly updated bespoke plan, weekly 1:1 calls, full movement analysis, tailored nutrition, unlimited WhatsApp, premium resources, priority onboarding.
