Community Engagement
Active Ageing helps people over 50 improve their health, strength, confidence, and independence through safe, evidence-based exercise. We are committed to supporting healthier, more connected communities by encouraging people to stay active at every stage of life. We also support initiatives such as 5K Your Way, Move Against Cancer, helping people living with and beyond cancer, along with their families, friends, and healthcare professionals, stay active and connected. Our goal is to improve wellbeing through movement while fostering inclusion, support, and community engagement.
